    This was my first time trying Philly's Best so I played it safe. I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza. The slice was hot and cheesy so that's an indication that the slices weren't sitting for long.  However, It lacked a bit of flavor.
    They also sell candy and ice cream.
    I will visit again and try something different next time.

    I consider myself a pizza snob, with that said. Phillys Best Pizza always taste GREAT!
    The Cheese is the best part it's different than other places. I don't know exactly how to describe it but its more dense yet still soft and chewy if that makes sense. Also pizza is meant to be Thin,Greasy,Cheesy. If your pizza doesn't have all 3 of these requirements I don't want to eat your pizza
    The staff is always nice and courteous.

    My office orders delivery and carryout from Philly's Best pretty frequently and our orders always arrive hot and as we have requested, i.e. with all the nitpicky specifications my colleagues and I burden them with.

    We love their veggie and seafood pizzas, their wings, pastas, and subs. Today was the first time l picked up the office order and I was so pleased with the experience. They labeled all the containers which made it super easy to process separate payments and distribute everyone's orders. The lady at the counter taking orders and payments was so nice and helpful and gave us complimentary soft drinks to enjoy while we were waiting on a hot day.

    This is not a gourmet or frills and thrills location, but it is very clean with great affordable carry out / delivery food and a very kind and pleasant staff. They are a great lunch / dinner delivery option if you're looking for fast and hot wings, pizza, subs, pasta, or other cuisine of that nature.

    Ok so now I know why they only got two stars previously I've given this place five stars and was completely over the moon happy with their cheesesteak. Even though they completely FORGOT to put the condiments that I requested  but I didn't complain and although I was pretty disappointed I just ate it and was happy with it.  And STILL gave them a 5* rating.   I come back two weeks later to order another 2 cheesesteaks and it seems like they played the old bait and switch game on me. .  This time they put provolone cheese on my cheesesteaks and I HATE provolone cheese!!! Provolone makes me throw up! It smells like throw up and tastes like throw up and I DONT LIKE PROVOLONE ! I NEVER HAVE!!!  I asked them kindly if they could please fix this order and thy told me that they won't do it they refuse to fix the problem! Even though they messed up the last time and I didn't complain!! When I asked to speak to manager she got smart with me and hung up on me!!! NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! !  The manager called me a liar and told me that I got provolone the last time too and I know for a FACT THAT I DID NOT BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE GOTTON SICK!!!!!   The manager there does not have the professional etiquette these people have no ethics otherwise tthey woulda even kindly fixed the issue instead of calling me a liar and playing phone games with me!!! For them  not fix the problems that they make and they are very immature and therefore I will never ever ever be ordering from this place again I am NOT  a picky eater AT ALL and I am a super nice person but one treated like that after they mess up an order I'm done with them if you want to good cheesesteaks PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT GO HERE!!!!  Go somewhere else for god sake don't go there because not only will you get a shitty cheesesteak but you will get shitty service too!! I am totally beside myself that they would treat me this way and they won't ever get another dime from me!!!! This place shows absolutely NO PROFESSIONAL COURTESY WHATSOEVER!!!! I am usually the nicest calmest person but they just pushed me over the edge with their ignorance!! I'm growing this entire meal away and going somewhere else! I couldn't be more disappointed than I am right now! And I will be going online to find the owners name and number and contacting him about how I was treated today and if I do not get any resolution then I will be calling the BBB and DLLR on them!! I am
    FURIOUS!

    Summary: Egg-cellent, would recommend to a friend looking for a good cheesesteak

    My first time visiting here. I ordered the Egg and Cheesesteak. I admit, there was some panic because the menu did not adequately explain if the Egg referenced a fried egg or eggplant. Rest assured my friends, it was a fried egg.

    My order was to go, so I can't elaborate on the service, but everyone seemed friendly and the place appeared clean.

    My only suggestion would be to request extra toppings. This is more of a personal preference, but if I ask for mayo and hots, I'm looking for a river of goodness. My sub was more like a dried up well on the condiment front. Let that baby flow!
